Thanks for shopping with BradenBuildz! Every product we sell is made to order. We start producing your item once your order is placed and payment is complete.

Production time Items are made after you order, so production time depends on the product and how many orders we have at the moment. We'll do our best to get your order made and out the door as quickly as we can.

Shipping times Shipping times vary based on your location, the carrier, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed, since carrier delays can happen.

Order tracking When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information if it's available.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delays Holidays, high order volume, weather, or carrier issues can sometimes cause delays. If that happens, we'll work to keep you updated.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help sort it out.
